1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Feritti, LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of Intercoms, governing your use of the Intercoms iOS application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Intercoms lets you capture thoughts by voice, produces a cleaned-up note using AI, and delivers it to destinations you connect — Email, Slack, Trello, or Notion. Speech recognition runs on your device; note cleanup and delivery run on our servers. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the Service, created with Sign in with Apple or an email verification code. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
4. Plans, subscriptions & billing
- Free plan. Includes a limited number of delivered captures per month and one connected destination. Limits are shown in the app and may change with notice.
- Intercoms Pro. A monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials. If offered, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests go through Apple, not us.
- Downgrades. If Pro lapses, your account returns to free-plan limits; captures beyond the limits remain stored but new deliveries are gated.
5. Your content
Your captures are yours. You retain all rights to the content you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process (including with AI providers acting on our behalf), and transmit your content solely to operate the Service — for example, cleaning up a transcript and posting it to the Slack channel you chose. We don't use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
You're responsible for the content you capture and where you send it. Don't use the Service to transmit content that's unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
6. Connected services
Connecting Slack, Trello, Notion, or an email destination authorizes us to deliver your captures there using the access those services grant. Your use of each connected service is governed by its own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or behavior. Once a capture is delivered, the delivered copy lives in that service — removing it there is up to you. You can disconnect a service at any time in Settings, which deletes its access token from our systems.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to harass anyone;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or access it by any means other than the app and interfaces we provide;
- reverse engineer the Service except where the law permits;
- resell the Service or use it on behalf of a third party without our consent;
- violate any applicable law in connection with your use.
8. AI output
Cleaned-up notes and suggested destinations are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misdirected. The app shows you the note and destination before delivery (unless you enable auto-routing) — review what you send. You're responsible for the content that gets delivered from your account.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CAPTURE WILL BE DELIVERED, ACCURATE, OR PRESERVED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service; where practical, we'll give you notice so you can export what you need. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (5, 9, 10, 12) survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we'll update the date above and notify you in the app before the changes take effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
